Jennifer Baggett - Assistant Principal

Hello Northside Monarch Family,

As Assistant Principal at Northside High School, I am truly honored to serve  Northside students, parents, and the community again this school year.

I am a Jacksonville native and  graduated from Jacksonville High School, then went on to earn my bachelor’s degree from Winston-Salem State University and my Masters in School Administration from East Carolina University. 

I began my career in education as a Kindergarten teacher, then moved up to teach middle school English for several years at Southwest Middle School.  As an administrator in Onslow County Schools, I have worked as an Assistant Principal at Northside High School, Jacksonville Commons Middle School, and I am pleased to be back at Northside High School. 

My personal mission is to help students make their future goals a reality by helping them overcome obstacles to achieving their next steps towards graduation and beyond.  With parent support, student perseverance, and educator fervor, we can prepare students for productive, bright futures.
